The IMPACT Clubs, four total, began in our Diocese of Eldoret and Northern Kenya only a few months ago, and already, I have witnessed its positive fruits. It has brought our young people together in a spirit of unity, hope, and responsibility. Even within this short time, I have seen how it inspires creativity, leadership, and a deep sense of purpose among the youth. For us, IMPACT Clubs are not just a gathering — it is a platform to dream and to act, making a real difference in our communities while remaining rooted in our Orthodox faith. I am also encouraged to see how it continues to attract new youths who are eager to join and how beautifully it is shaping and guiding each one as they come in.

I am Fr. Antonio from Kisumu and all western Kenya Diocese. Am delighted to write to you this note, since the IMPACT was established in my community from the Church so many young people have joined Orthodox Church due to the wonderful changes that IMPACT club has been making in the community. And due to this their souls are being saved, the Kingdom of God is being expanded. And I do give Glory to God! Am very humble to see this act.

Hi Dana, I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for everything you’ve done through IMPACT. I was a volunteer in Lupeni for about six years, and that experience has had a tremendous impact on my personal and professional growth. Coming from a disadvantaged community, the values and working methods of the IMPACT club helped me persevere and build a strong path in life. Thanks to these experiences, I am now a prison police officer at Timișoara Penitentiary, where I manage the Cooperation and Programs Department. Currently, we are running three European projects, and one of them is a historic milestone—Timișoara Penitentiary is the first penitentiary in European history to coordinate an Erasmus+ CoVe project. I truly appreciate the work you are doing in Africa, and if there’s anything I can do to support you, I am more than happy to help in any way I can. I am deeply grateful for the impact you’ve had on my journey and on so many other young people, and I hope we can collaborate in the future!

Leadership within IMPACT means growth, purpose, and vision. Let our Leaders share their stories.
IMPACT clubs are bringing hope in the rural communities of Georgia. IMPACT program enables youth to improve competencies in community activism, in addition they are developing life-skills such as team building, leadership, initiation, project planning and implementation. Up to today 70 Impact clubs were formed and supported in Georgia. Totally more than 2100 vulnerable youth benefited from being Impact clubs member as a core group. Through implementation of community projects implemented by clubs, more than 10 000 youth benefited.

As an organization that seeks the peace of our city, through the social and spiritual renewal of people and places, CTM Dominican Republic has found the IMPACT Program to be a very effective tool that serves not just to equip the youth to be agents for social change, but it is also a very effective instrument that brings together the whole community, as it provides opportunities to engage their parents, the public sector (schools, the city hall, and other public institutions), the private sector (as businesses sponsor the youth in their service learning community projects), the non-profit sector and the faith community. IMPACT has been an answer to our prayers.
